From the time my amazing first grade teacher, Ms. Streeter, asked me to help a new friend with math and reading, I've loved teaching.
Over the last 30 years or so, I've designed and taught curriculum and training for all ages. Among my eclectic mix of education and experiences: 1:1 tutor/coach, NPS Ranger, and Music Together Teacher.
Throughout, I've built on the concepts of exploration, hands-on experimentation, facilitated learning, and developmentally appropriate strategies (e.g., children learn through play).
